Tomatoes stuffed with Kelp Caviar

Ingredients: (Serves 4)

  • 1 100 Gram jar of Kelp Caviar
  • 6 large plum tomatoes
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 50 Grams of lean salted cod, baked and finely chopped
  • 1 small spring onion
  • 2 tea spoons of chopped capers
  • 2 dessert spoons of mayonnaise
  • 1 dessert spoon of chopped parsley
  • Ground white pepper
  • 1 small lettuce

Directions:

1. Cut the tomatoes lengthways, and scoop out the middle taking care not to break the walls and outer skin. Remove the pips from the pulp, and then chop it with a knife

Avocado boats with Black Kelp Caviar

Ingredients: (Serves 4)

  • 1 100 Gram jar of black Kelp Caviar
  • 4 avocados
  • 2 boiled eggs
  • 50 Grams of pitted olives
  • 150 Grams of tuna in oil
  • 150 Grams of mayonnaise
  • 1 Lettuce, 6 cherry tomatoes

Directions:

1. Wash the avocados, cut them in halves and remove the stone. Carefully remove the pulp with a tea spoon, cut it into small cubes and sprinkle with lemon juice. Keep the empty half shells (boats).

Pasta with smoked salmon and Kelp Caviar

Ingredients: (Serves 4)

  • 1 120 Gram jar of Red Kelp Caviar
  • 400 Gram of pasta (any type)
  • 1 sprig of rosemary – 1 onion – 100 Gram of bacon
  • 50 Gram of smoked salmon – 250ml of white wine
  • 3 teaspoons of butter
  • 250ml of creamy paste (sugar,flour,milk)
  • White pepper – Nutmeg – Salt

Directions:

1. Cook the pasta in plenty of salted water and the sprig of rosemary. While the pasta is cooking, peel and grate the onion, and chop the bacon.

Scandinavian-style stuffed eggs with black kelp caviar

Ingredients: (Serves 4)

  • 1 100 Gram jar of black Kelp Caviar
  • 8 medium eggs
  • 1 teaspoon of mustard
  • 150 Grams of smoked salmon
  • a few strands of chives
  • 1 teaspoon of mayonnaise
  • a bit of salt and ground pepper

Directions:

1. Boil the eggs in salted water for 10 minutes. Allow them to cool, peel and cut in half. Remove the yolks taking care not to break them.

Kelp Caviar Eggs

Ingredients: (Serves 4)

  • 4 hard-boiled eggs
  • 4 tablespoons of Kelp Caviar (black or red or green)
  • 1 tablespoon of chopped parsley
  • 3 tablespoons of mayonnaise or sour cream
  • 1 teaspoon of freshly ground black pepper

Directions:

Shell the eggs, cut them in half, and remove the yolks. Mash the yolks well and mix with mayonnaise, two tablespoons of Kelp Caviar, chopped parsley, and ground black pepper.

Pizza with Smoked Salmon and Kelp Caviar

Ingredients: (Serves 4)

  • 3 to 4 ounces smoked salmon
  • Pizza Dough
  • 1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
  • 1/2 medium red onion, cut into julienne strips
  • 1/4 bunch fresh dill, minced, plus 4 small sprigs, for garnish
  • 1/3 cup sour cream or creme fraiche
  • Freshly ground pepper
  • 4 heaping tablespoons salmon flavoured Kelp Caviar
  • 1 heaping teaspoon black Sturgeon flavoured Kelp Caviar

Directions

Before you are ready to bake the pizzas, preheat the oven with a pizza stone inside for 30 minutes to 500 degrees Fahrenheit.
