Kelp Caviar is the largest seaweed based caviar manufacturer in the world based on annual and daily production capacity. We are better known for our caviar alternatives such as Sturgeon and Salmon flavored caviar as well as Lumpfish yellow and orange colors.
Kelp Caviar does contract manufacturing for some of the biggest companies in the food industry where its seaweed based caviar/pearls are used as an ingredient in a variety of finished products, such as ice creams, frozen pizzas, hors d’oeuvres and much more. We use the same technology and techniques as for our fish flavored caviars to manufacture pearls which can have any color or flavor profile the clients requires; from salty, to sweet, to sour and in any color under the rainbow including white and black.
Kelp Caviar has an in house molecular gastronomy laboratory where each product is developed and tested. Once samples are ready they are sent to our in house kitchen where our Executive Chef tests each product in development in some of our favorite dishes and stirs up new creations.
Kelp Caviar manufactures private labels in small and large batch production depending on the client’s needs and requirements. Kelp Caviar can package its seaweed based caviar in any type of glass jars (retail industry) or plastic buckets (manufacturing industry) and in any format from 10g glass jars to 100kg plastic drums.
